The Foundation is continuing its mission of promoting the sound development of children in underprivileged communities. Harmony Nation, a program of children’s development organized by Music For One Foundation, held its first summer camp for three days from June 17th in Bogwang, Cheong Pa, and Dae Shin Elementary Schools in Seoul. In the first of the three days in the camp, the children participated in an introductory course to the violin and a lesson on global citizenry. We hope that you will continue to give your support for the growing minds and bodies of the next generation we are encouraging.

*The ”Harmony Nation” program was built upon the philosophical foundation of OECD (Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development) PISA (Program for International Student Assessment). PISA is a system that encourages the harnessing of societal fluency via training in problem solving, decision-making, and logical reasoning skills. The above camp is concerned not only with conferring musical techniques but also such cognitive facilities through systematic education.
